?
We are renting for long-term an apartment in Zagreb, Precko, Petrovaradinska 1D, close to tram and bus stations. It is a new, cosy, 2-room apartment (52 m2), with balcony, modern and comfortable.
In kitchen are all electric devices and dishes, and in bathroom a shower and a washing maschine. The apartment is on the 4th floor, there is an elevator in the building.
There is a counter for the electricity, water and central heating, which means you can regulate your own consumption (and payment).
In the apartment are also cooling device, fix phone, maxTV, internet and satellite TV.
The price per month is 350 Eur plus bills (electricity, water and central heating).
The apartment is available immediately.
