With all the rain we have had the last few days, my roof has been leaking. I think the problem is that part of the roof is at too shallow an angle for the normal clay tiles that were used. The easiest fix would be to replace that section with either box profile sheet metal or the new plastic panels that look like shiny tiles. There are some suppliers of such materials in Zagreb but I don't know if they would want to deliver the small quantity I need to my location, some 130 km from Zagreb. I found one supplier in Holland that supplies box profile throughout Europe but theirs is only 0.25mm thick. I have used 0.5mm in UK and that requires care in handling to avoid damage but 0.25 seems like it would be too flimsy. I just wondered if anyone here has experience of procuring such materials?

Yes I am about 4 hours drive from Poreč! Slates might work better than tiles but I've never seen a slate roof in Croatia.
