Only bits, but I know someone who does so I'll ask. Almost certainly FM only in the high 27MHZ part of the spectrum, maybe you'll be permitted a whole watt of OP using only passive microphones.

It has a very limited application now but for green laneing and to keep in contact over short distances it beats paying for a phone call!!!Rubber Ducky and all that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
