Thank you. I tried to make the procedure couple of years ago.. it felt like they really tried to prevent me from proceeding the process. My question is if it will be easier doing it from Croatia.?

Thank you. I tried to make the procedure couple of years ago.. it felt like they really tried to prevent me from proceeding the process. My question is if it will be easier doing it from Croatia.? they doing that even here ..everytime someone ask about his right on perment rasdince or citizenship they trying to prevent them from applying .. they feel like you just want to take something from them.. happen to me couple of times when i tried to apply for my perment rasdince and the woman in police who working with forginers in the area i live in (varazdin) she tried to tell me that i dont have right to apply even thought they law on mup site made it clear that i have right to apply when i had enough from her stupidity i went to chif police and after long chat with her i understood what the problem and its they dont want to give anyone the right of getting rights on the country such getting free eduction, health insurance and money support ..her reason was that the country is poor..but answer to your q its the same if you apply from croatia or out side croatia..ppl who had applying from here they still waiting for 2 or 3 years to got answer resenje" about their requset.. but showing some money to anyone who work in police or embassy will help getting the process faster
