i remember a few years ago enquiring about the price of cows in croatia. i rang a few numbers and couldnt believe that the asking price for a cow was a few thousand dm. i think i remember one man asking 8.000 dm. correct me if im wrong.

There are plenty of Krava in the public offices they usually cost about 1500 kunas, they will then do anything you want within 24 hours.

for one thing he's living in a past that still has DM. But if we say that 8000DM is about 3500 euro then I guess it could be that his cow weighs 860kgs

People everywhere in Croatia....even in the city.
Will buy whole pig or Cow and have it buthcered for meat for the whole year.
My family buy pig have it butchered and we have it inspected than we freeze and have pig for whole year.
Lots of families do the same thing.

here www.tisup.mps.hr/hr/cijene_stoka_eng.aspit says the price is around 15 kuna/kg Check it out for all your agricultural pricing needs Prices run up the top right side of the screen, cattle is first I think.
