ZAGREB, Sept 22 (Hina) - This year's tidiest coastal towns in Croatia, the winners of the Croatian Tourist Board award "Blue Flower", are Rovinj, Opatija and Split, and the tidiest inland towns are Varazdin, Osijek, Cakovec and Koprivnica, which have won the "Green Flower" award.

slavonski brod is a tidy town. it even has footpaths and street lighting. which most other croatian towns consider as extra

New Zagreb can get a bit dodgy , at times ( Trnsko , Siget , Utrine...)!
