I'm buying a plot of land on the coast - total cost around 100k Euro. How much is usually charged by Croatian lawyers for handling the legal aspects of such a sale?
TIA

Legal costs vary...upon lawyers, estate agents and even the amount you have paid for the property or land. Very tricky...as once they see that money is no object...then you end up paying that bit more...watch out do the research the fees before and have everything legally sealed. Good luck...

It is usually very straightforward, between 1-2% of the purchase price excl. out-of pocket expenses.
Do not be afraid to ask the price in advance! ;D
