There seems to be tons of estate agents in Croatia, big and small, and I'm trying to build up a list of reputable ones in the areas I'm interested in. I came across these listings, and some of the prices seem to be a bit too good to be true, and I was wondering if anybody would mind giving their opinion. members.chello.se/telsat/houses.htmFor instance, this property, unfinished but liveable with an attic flat and a sea view, for $62,500: members.chello.se/telsat/Adriatic/Sutivan061e.htmI've read through a lot of the old threads, and noted any recommendations, and any warnings, but I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to evaluate estate agents before I go to Croatia to view properties as I don't want to waste my precious time when I'm over there.

btw, I just re-read my post, and I hope it doesn't sound insulting to the agent I linked to. It's just that the prices seem pretty amazing
