I am currently buying land in an isolated part of the island Korcula known as the Defora region. No electricity, no water, reachable just by a robust terrain vehicle... untouched nature and a cristal clear waters... heaven on earth... 
Does anyone have any experience with building permissions in this region. Yes, we will most certainly consult a Croatian lawyer when purchasing the plot. I have the impression that building activities are very much restricted in this region. I look forward to reading your comments. Thank you very much for your kind attention.
