Hi there Am flying into and out of Trieste 7th-15th and touring the coast with hire car with particular focus around Split/Dubrovnic/Peljesac and the islands Havar etc etc looking at property. Can anyone recommend any agents or contacts worth making. Intersted in land as well as property with sea views. Have KPMG report and, Martin Westby book. Thanks! Michael@elustra.co.uk |

I have printed it off, but not read it yet. Read the Westby book which I would recommend.

Hi i have already bought land and are having a house built, i am also representing a croatian friend who has 4500 sq/m of land for sale, with superb sea and harbour views on the island of solta, he will obviously split this land if needs be,it is clean land with building permissions, it is 2nd row from the sea( 1 minute walk) the first row has been selling at 150euros sq/m,he is offering this at 70 euros sq/m, please feel free to contact me if you are interested, i can help you with the lawyer and builder, if you would want me to

I just got back from Island Brac after viewing some properties. Also have Martin's book and KMPG report. I dealt with an agent on Island Brac who is very good, pleasant and has an excellent service. Her name is Ljiljana Poklepovic from www.milenkarealestate.com . She is also on Martin's book. I'm hoping to return soon to view more lands and houses with sea view. sipan is beautifull, quiet, peacefull, but still not far away from dubrovnik. there are some old houses for sale there
