Once Croatia joins the EU (2007/08) property will go up by 30% to 50%, IMO!

Hi Jackeen, You seen what can happen to those few hundred people buying in Bulgaria over the weekend, at €30,000 - €60,000 loss a pop, it pays to be a little cautious. Besides, you big lucky Jackeen, we can't all be as lucky as you sitting on your lotto property equity in 'The Smoke' now can we?? ;D Anyway, is this not a Croatia Property Board?? Culchie P.S ...Will the Dubs get past Leitrim ?? Hope so for Tommy's sake !!

Culchie, Seems those people in Bulgaria won't lose a penny if what I read in the Times Property pages is correct.
No big lotto win for me I'm afraid but if you want to share yours please do.You would need to win the lottery to buy in DUBLIN.I'm living in a Tent in Temple Bar. I bought a year ago in Croatia and I'm happy with the Equity on the property as banks don't give that kind of Yearly interest. What ever you buy I wish you the best of luck.
Dublin to get past Carrick on Shannon but that's as far as we go.WestMeath I hope does well as the Sisters kids are in that neck of the woods and they would be sick if Laois beat them.
Regards
Jackeen
