Help with Land Please….

Hello All,

I would very much like to buy a parcel of land (around 200msq). It must be clean with permissions and ideally have access to water, electricity, drainage ect. My preferred area is around Ciovo / Trogir and close to the sea (but will consider other areas). I would be most grateful for any advise, guidance and possible agent or seller details.

200m2 is not enough to get the building permission.
I think it is different from council to council but iI was told in Trogir area that you need at least 350m2 to get the building permission

Thanks Anja, if I must buy such a large parcel then so be it... I would have preferred a smaller amount only because I want to build just one house for me. If the location is correct then I would happily buy a bigger parcel of land.

You will only be allowed to build to a third of the area of the plot, eg. buy a 600 sq m plot if you wish to build 200 sq m of house.

Thanks Chris. Other than plavi oglasnik I don't really know where to find what I am looking for.
