Despite the fact that the planes land in the back yard and the fact that Cavtat is for old fogies I have purchased a property in need of some refurbishment in Cavtat.

Thanks for coming back to me.Basically what I have is a house with two levels needing refurbishmentI have been told ( yet to be confirmed ) that I will be able to add a third level to the building.If this is possible then what I intend to do is convert to four apartments .

I intend to be back in Croatia at the end of September.Any help you can give would be appreciated.
