Renovation

I am thinking of buying an old Stone house in Hvar which has very beautiful and sound outside walls but the inside walls would have to be moved and completely renovated and a new bathroom and kitchen installed. I think the house is about 150m2. Does anyone know how much a square meter something like that would cost using quite good materials?
