I'm curious to know what people think of Zaton (west of Dubrovnik) as a place to invest, particularly in the area above the main road.
I've noticed that a few properties, including an apartment house needing completion, have become available.
If it wasn't for the noise from the road, I'm sure it would be a lovely place to be and very exclusive. And the road will indeed get quieter once the new motorway reaches Dubrovnik. (Or will it?)
But to what extent are people attracted to buying there at the moment?
