The place looks great. I looked at several places like that, but didn't have the guts to take them on. I bought a more modern thing, for less. Well, my Croatian wife did. HAng on
until the EU comes on board. Then selling will be so much easier. If you're young...then hang on. Too cheap these properties, and so many on the market. Hang on.
