Letting Services

Having operated a letting business in the Split Trogir area for the last couple of years and one of the difficulties is providing a meet and greet service for guests and organising the cleaning on change over days. I am thinking of setting up a business to cover this aspect and I think success will depend on how many properties I have under management. I am also considering providing a full management service including advertising and year round property care. Does anyone have a view or comment on this.
