Rental Licence - Help!

I have recently completly refurbished a house on the coast near Omis. I bought it through the 'setting up a company route'. I would like to rent it out for some of the summer. I know I need a rental licence, how do I go about getting one and how long does it take? I do have a Croatian accountant and have used a really good Croatian lawyer. Can either of them do it for me? Please let this be straightforward?!!??
