My agent is Kresimir Palameta, his office is in Ulica Sveta Katarina, old town, Labin. He's in his 70's and is assisted (bullied!) by his granddaughter, Antonela. He told me about my present flat and when I asked about moving, suggested an area I might like. I did! He kept an eye open for what I wanted and e-mailed me when he had one on his books. Sale completed in May and now he's selling the first flat.
Solicitor - for all things related to property buying/selling, privremeni boravak (temp. residency visa) and general advice to keep you out of trouble - Marijan Belusic, Ul. Sveta Katarina, Labin (old town).
Best pizza in old town - Pizzeria Borgo, Ul. Sveta Katarina, etc. etc.
Best white/red wine 12 kn per litre - Tociono Vino Gasparini, Ul. Sveta Katarina, etc.
Why am I moving from flat in Ul. Sveta Katarina?
Need the challenge, I suppose. Will be able to recommend local builder/electrician/plumber/tiler etc etc soon - I hope!
