Cost of Renting a shop front in Zadar?

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone here had any idea on how much it would cost to rent a shop front in Zadar area? In or around the main town, approx 60 to 80 square meters.
If anyone has any approx estimates on other locations in Croatia that would be fantastic also.

Probaly not much help, but in Zagreb first class location goes for about 500 euros per sq. meter.

That doesnt sound right?......is that per month?.......to rent...? so 50 square me would cost 25 000 euros a month to rent?.....sounds very unusual....sydney doesnt even cost that much
