I have a two apartment house by the sea near Trogir which I have decided to sell as I unfortunately just don't get the time to use it anymore.
Can anyone advise on the best way to go about selling a property in this area, Are there any reputable agents I should approach or is it a good idea to try and sell it myself without an agent ?
Do reasonably priced properties sell well in Dalmatia ? I'm not interested in waiting forever to make a killing, I'd rather just sell ASAP.
What have other peoples experiences of selling been like? We often here the buying stories/nightmares etc, but not very many selling stories.

Bosco, What are you asking for the property and do you have photographs?

best way is to avoid the agents and put up a for sale sign infront of your house.

i once asked a croat "friend " if he knew of any houses that were reasonably priced and on the market in his little dalmatian coastal town. he said that he would tell me if i pay him. so much for "friends" .
