Guidlines for receiving star rating from the minis

Hi all, just purchased an apartment in the old town of Dubrovnik and will be renovating it to rent to tourist this coming year. I was informed by my contractor that there are certain guidlines that must be met (i.e. bed size, closet size, etc) in order to apply for and receive a star rating from the ministry.

Does anyone know anything about this? I would like to reno my place to meet the specs of a 3 or 4 star apartment.

It is in Croatian, but it is very good to practise the language. Once you understand it, you might be able to ask the questions.

There is nothing in it to worry about, standards are fairly low.
