Power of attorney option 2 - maybe Carol knows?

I have British couple (buyers) currently residing in Australia. The closest notary office is over 200km away, so I am looking for an alternative to apostilled power of attorney being shipped from Australia.

The mother of one of the buyers has full UK power of attorney to deal with all of their affairs, given to her some time ago by her son and daughter in law.

If the contract is sent to UK, can she sign the contract in Cro embassy in London on their behalf with her current UK power of attorney?

I am hoping Carol will know the answer but anyone else who knows anything about this, please do reply.

Kitty, the Cro Embassy in London and Ireland no longer notarise papers, I had that problem 2 weeks ago and again this past week. If you are a business looking to invest you can, but for us regular Joe or Josephine Saps, no go. I don't understand why, the loss of revenue for the MVP is going to count.

I suggest legal requirements should be driven by a Croatian lawyer, as all papers will be lodged and processed in Croatia, so it is better to find a professional in Croatia so advise you.
