also you need your UPE number form the ministry of justice (not the MFA who handled the case until July 06)

We applied for our permission in Spring 2005 and have just got it. I spoke to the MOJ on the telephone number Carol gave a few times. A guy called Zoran who spoke good English was helpful although a lot of people seemed to be on holiday when I spoke to him this summer. You need to be polite and patient. He can look up your name/address on his computer and give you your MOJ application number.
