Hi, I can recommend somewhere in the centre of Pula that is cheap and great, it's a small hotel with air-conditioning and a great little restaurant-pizzeria where you have your breakfast but you'd have to catch the bus to Veruda or Verudela to go to the beach which is less than 5 mins journey away..Post back if you're interested and i'll give you some more details...Cheers... David P.S.I stayed there last week :-)

Hi Rachel, The hotel is about 300 meter's from the amphitheatre and smack bang in the middle of town but not noisy as it's on a little side street...The food in the hotel is great and very reasonably priced, the pizza is just the best but they have so much more on the main menu you'll be spoilt for choice :-) We payed KN 900(£80-ish) per person for 4 night's B&B, if you stay for less than 3-night's the price is much higher though, it's only a 2-star but immaculately clean and well looked after, i've stayed in worse 4*'s and payed more than double that :-(....Cheers David Hotel Omir Address: Sergija Dobrica 6 52100 Pula Tel: +385 52 210 614 Tel +385 52 218 186 Fax: +385 52 213 944

One more thing Rachel, PRE-BOOK Pula was nearly full last week and the week before and it'll only get more busy as it heads for peak season..Cheers David

Pula is not the only place that is full or nearly full. Most of the coast is getting that way and will probably be so for the next five or six weeks.
