So you think only English and Irish can afford your black tie affair! Is it not hard to organize something in Croatia when you live in the UK?
I think that is pretty rude and ignorant to say Croatians can't afford a tickets! If your saying I can't afford tickets, then that is what you think.
If there is really going to be something in April in Zagreb it will be in the papers. How much is it to get in? $500 euro a plate, $1000, $5000? I am married, no need to meet people and I don't need the connections, I have plenty! It would just be nice excuse to get another evening gown and party with my husband and friends and help out victims!

I know plenty of Croatians who can afford to go you're just not one of them; stick to buying new beads for your trailer there's a good girl.
I can assure you, you’re not invited. Nobody wants a bitter little nationalist spoiling an important event.
If you think charity events that the prime minister are attended are just open affair and advertised in the local rag, you're even more stupid than I thought and trust me..that is not an easy thing to accomplish. Now be gone with you. You’re incredibly tedious.

Well, nice way to kill interest in fundraising for landmine victums, EMIZ.
I'll give my money to better Croatian charities, thanks.

So by making it clear horrible little nationalist are not invited that kills interest? Give me a break.
It's not my charity, I am not even in charge of the event I am just involved it is a good cause and a good event, but I will not have it become a hateful road show because cyber s like u2/freshair want to spout their drivel, wherever they can.

Read the rest of the site..and comment...her only interest is in seeing me; anybody that is so easily disparaged doesn't really have any interest in charity and see it merely as an obligation or a duty..perhaps they are not the correct type of people to help raise the money we need.
This as I have previously stated is an expat event for Brits, and Irish.

Zora..strange how I have never seen your name before,...secondly there is no damage done..not one person who was interested in going isn't going because of this site..get your head out of the clouds.
We modern find raisers are not pathetic beggars we treat it like a business and we are ruthless. We are not interested in petty minded idiots spoiling our event. Judging by your English..you're a Croat..and as such not invited..unless you're married to a Brit or Irish person.
This is a nice event for expats to meet up and help out people who are less fortunate than ourselves; it is also a chance for people to network; we certainly won’t be judged by a few fools with an agenda who can talk the talk but not walk the walk.

You sound like a big fat ugly snob! Who would even want to associate with a horrible person like you. Maybe just all the rich crooks of Croatia, the corrupt politicians you love to talk about and the foreign leeches that are sucking Croatia dry!!!!!!! This is not an event for the victims of land mines. It is for all the stupid wanna bees to get dressed up and show off their jewelery and clothes and exchange phone numbers in order to make more money off the poor people of Croatia! I bet they won't even raise more than a few kuna for the victims of land mines!!!!

You're right I am a snob; I dismiss stupid people regardless of sex, age, nationality. now shhhh.
Your last comments show you for what you are simplistic, prejudice and ignorant.
People meet; they talk business, they help each other in their business, they even talk about life back home and life here...what evil people they are.
We will make €100,000 now if you would like to meet up and talk and meet €100,000 I give you my full respect; otherwise shhhh.
Some people will personally donate more than €3000 in an evening and you want to mock that, shame on you.
There is no hidden agenda many people use it as advertising, as good p.r but I think the ends more than justifies the means; so all you silly little children take your crap elsewhere, and start doing something yourselves for the people who really need it, they people who really made this country.

I think the entire forum should put aside their squabbling and get behind this event ... It seems that nobody wanted to heed my advice on this.

Gs, you have to understand u2/freshair, Zagreb and one or two others only have one goal on this forum; to discredit me, if they do that, the things I am saying are no longer valid, you will find that certain people only post after my posts and they are always directed at me, in a less than friendly manner
