I wanted to see if it was just me, so i showed this page to three yanks, I didn't tell them who any of the posters are. All of them said, is ghostwriter just pretending to be this stupid ,,,,you as usual are wrong, your taxation link was regarding salary tax, you then later after I questioned you added Croatia's vat tax which was in no way relevant. I rightly stated that salary tax in Croatia is over 50%, for example if a person is paid 5000 kunas neto, it will cost the company more than 10,000 kunas , 8,993.bruto.I believe , basic tax plus health care tax plus plus plus...is that easy enough for you? I do hope so. What are you talking about? violence, I was hoping somebody would explain this system to you, but I had to instead. Basically as usual you are wrong, it is not debatable, it cannot be argued we are talking about figures here, exact figures. Your website did not give any mention to Croatia, so the only reason I can immagine you posted it here was to show that Croatia was not in the world's top 50 corrupt countries on a website it was not even included in...breathe out.... You really don't get it.... and please stop with the lies that you have friends... we all know that you live in a cave with just pc hookup..... ;D Are you really that dumb that you can not read. What does the first paragraph of the taxation list say.... Only certain countries are in that group.... Croatia is not one of them. What I listed was just some general facts on taxes in Croatia. Not percentage of gross earnings given up in tax, including any social security contributions. Again I will tell you one more time. SLOWLY NOW so maybe you can get it thru your thick scull. Croatian individuals do not pay more than 50% of their gross earning to tax and social security. Now are you stupid, you just put in your own post that companies pay, YOUR QUOTE NOW " I rightly stated that salary tax in Croatia is over 50%, for example if a person is paid 5000 kunas neto, it will cost the company more than 10,000 kunas , 8,993.bruto.I believe , basic tax plus health care tax plus plus plus" You even got this what companies pay wrong and you call yourself a business man in Zagreb....hahaha NOW very slowly for the dim witted person that you are... we are not talking about what companies contribute. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT WHAT INDIVIDUALS CONTRIBUTE TO TAX AND SOCIAL SECURITY! Not what employers contribute or are made to contribute..... got it now!!!! I will also post what the taxes are for individuals because I am tired of your ignorance.... You are also a liar if you say that you run a business in Croatia... You would know these things if you did run a business!

NOW EDUCATE YOURSELF EMIZ!!! Keep the pie hole closed till you really know about Croatia and you really run a business here. Employees are responsible for paying the following compulsory contributions calculated on gross wages: 10.75 percent to the pension and disability fund, 9 percent for medical insurance, and .85 percent as an unemployment contribution (total: 20.60 percent). On top of the salary, employers must pay the following contributions: 8.75 percent to the pension and disability fund, 7 percent for medical insurance, and .85 percent as an unemployment contribution (total: 16.60 percent). ;D ;D ;D ;D The Law on Income Tax, passed in 2000 and amended in 2002 and 2003, establishes a bracket system with a 15 percent tax rate on personal income up to 3,000 HRK a month, 25 percent on personal income over 3,000 HRK and up to 6,750 HRK a month, 35 percent between 6,750 HRK and 21,000 HRK a month, and a maximum rate of 45 percent on all monthly income in excess of 21,000 HRK per month I do believe the average person here is in no way making 21,000 kuna a month. Only in our dreams. So as you see you can now eat your words with a scoop of your heinz beanies. The average person here is not paying over 50% in TAX!

dear dear dear me, I don't know why I bother to reply I am not going to argue with you as its pointless you can never be more or a than a .
Croatian employees do not worry about their taxes themselves, when an employee negotiates a salary they always do it neto, therefore they have no responsibility to worry about taxes, the company takes care of it, not them, I am sure every single person who works in Croatia can confirm that, please stop inventing facts for an argument. So as I said 50% when taking into account health care and other taxes is about right. All of my employees earn more than the 6,750 cut off, and the taxes here are restrictively high, perhaps I should do what 80% f Croatia companies do, pay their employees a small sum official and the rest illegal in cash. I really wish you would stop arguing with such force about something you have no idea about.
When I get back to Zagreb I will post the exact payments a company must pay per employee.
Then I am sure you will turn to arguing that the sun is pink and anybody that doesn't realise that is stupid.
You're still posting in the middle of the night Croatia time I see. Well I suppose it is early evening in Calafornia.

Well I suppose it is early evening in Calafornia. As you see they are already posted! Again to the original subject that you now have twisted around in order to make yourself seem like you might know something..... it does not help. I see right thru you....maybe these foreigners on here don't because they are not aware of the Croatian system but that is okay they are not expected too.... but you and your lies are just going above and beyond and need to be stopped. The original question was what percentage of gross earnings are given up in tax, including any social security contributions. NOTHING LESS AND NOTHING MORE...... Now you are changing what you said.... because you are an idiot and just figured out, I have posted the real facts on taxes.... What did you have to do... Search the internet all nite for Croatian taxes ask some Croatian shopkeepers....to find out I was right....hahahaha ;D So quit trying to change the discussion..... because you are wrong and can't admit it. Polacko guys......This subject looks interesting, but, what's it about? In theory it should be of interest to us foreigners. But, there have been so many Ghosts and Emiz's, you really don't quite know is one can take them seriously. Are we talking taxes? Well, you dodge em, don't you. You lie, through your teeth, all the time, year after year. You HAVE to! And do not make a 'chitty' for every deal. Nema problemo, as they say in Croatia. Settle down. They can;t chase everyone all the time. Can they? And just to confirm I am the real (what's my name?) alsdoubles...I had a vindalu tonight. I had to jumo in the sea after it. It was hot, and I can't swim!!
