Flats still not finished. Juhad on Mali Losinj builders! They have not been paying their workers that is why the work is so slow. I have to ride their arses on everything. I wish I had brought people from Zagorije. Agonisingly slow progress with constant threats of legal action from me. My neighbours are cool however

Interesting you say that, I've always used people from Zagorje for work and found them to be fantastic, good communication and great quality of work.

I can add a further recommendation for Zagorje/Varazdin area contractors. I've replaced an entire roof, laid new parket, replaced all the windows and doors, remodelled the structure of the house, plastered, painted and decorated all inner walls, rewired, had a car-port built and a drive-way laid plus replaced the heating boiler and control system.
Every contractor has "done what it says on the tin". Only the parket bloke was a bit unreliable but he's from Medimurje so it doesn't count.
I'm more than happy
