Where in Croatia do you want to be ?
if its in southern Istria then let me know.
I have apartments i Medulin, Premantura, Liznjan, Rovinj , Pula and Peroj. Most have sea views, some have swimming pools.
I can also offer villas in inland Istria

Fine and cheeky , our dear baby ; thanks for the asking ! How is your Struggle for Democracy in Zagorje progressing ? ( Seems to me : you might be overestimating the EU-model somewhat , we have all sorts of wrongdoings here , too - not to even start on incredible over-taxation , designed to pay the luxuries and frills of that 4th Reich - what for did we need the millions dead in II. World War for , anyway ? The all-powerful SuperState , run by Krauts and Frogs and subservient allies , could have started 1941 already ...and now , Croats are pleading , to be admitted into the mad club - but : wait !!! Live 'n'learn , what all new taxes EU wil compulse HR to introduce and enforce , the 35% dividend tax , the capital gains' tax , property ownership tax , property utilisation tax , 35% tax on bank interest , as negligible as the interest currently is , the insurance premium tax ...I could go on & on ...hey , by the time HR can boast to be a member , there could be in place more new taxes : on breathing , using WCs , special luxury tax on toilet-paper even and what else have you ; needless to say , if I were 20 years younger , I'd take my chances and go and slog it , as far from EU , as poss. !) |

...interesting post ray51, raising many issues, WWII led of course to the Cold War, Croatia was born out of a war, the EU came about to stop war between france and germany,...........in the end a whole lot of war. Are people really free under the EU? What chance did Croatia have to avoid joining the EU? Too many questions and not enough answers.  |
