 Hey, I got big plans for this place, plans that i've been hatching for the last few years. (if someone doesn't whip it out from underneath me lol) I KNOW I could make this place work. If I do ever get the chance to buy it, we'll invite you all to "Opening Night"

don't know this part very well, but i'm afraid i will have to side with mambo on this one.... i see a lot of pain and heartache along the way... "moth towards a flame".. springs to mind.... nothing will dissuade the interest.. only the experience...

@ Mick,
I can understand your enthusiasm for this place, but really have to warn you. Any money you dump in this hotel will be money wasted, this place cannot be brought back to life at this moment in time.
There is even a very good chance that the hotel belongs to the government and then an official offer has to be made. This means that anyone can bid and the highest one will win. Trust me, even if you would have the highest bid you still would not get it They will hand it off to one of their cronie friends.
As Briatore would say in this case.
"You can easily become a millionaire when you buy this hotel..............simply start out as a multi-millionaire".

i have seen many people, come and go with, big plans, for Croatia, and a few with small, hotel In
Cavtat, with airport Dubrovnik near bye, and are finding it hard to make it work, have to go with the guys on this , maybe in 20, not the gold coast yet , this type of thing, would have to go with 4 or 5 of the same along the coast, and do a hostel type of thing, package, etc
