Hello, my husband and I are wanting to purchase a property in Croatia very soon and we need a reliable serious real estate agent. We also need a mortgage company for financing on the property.

there are estate agents like sand... buyers market.... i think the only financing if you are a foreigner is done by an austrian bank. slano seems reasonably priced and so is the zadar region. why not??

yes. the only one for now and that window my close soon. Believe the best ltv is 60% and a max of 250k advanced. Probably will only advance EUR150k in practice. Let us know how you get on
