It's all spin. Who is right and who is wrong? We all know what should happen, but the fact remains certain someones want to retain their power, their spoils of war and business practices. I'm all for Croatia keeping it's sovereignty, but some points in a desire to join the EU is doing this country good. I doubt the people on the ground will be any better off come July or for some years to come. This guy seems to think he is right while his German counterpart thinks otherwise. It's almost like student vs. teacher. www.croatiantimes.com/news/General_News/2012-10-15/30270/Parliament_president_confident_of_Croatia%27s_entry_to_EU_on_1_July_2013

A warning shot across the bow might be exactly what Croatia needs to keep the reforms moving along.

A warning shot across the bow might be exactly what Croatia needs to keep the reforms moving along. Maybe that's the problem, the EU is not using sailors terminology, stuff pirates understand, instead they use big fancy words landlocked people only understand (I think it's called double speak?).
