Croatian island hopping 2014 - new seaplanes project

I interviewed the sales and marketing director of European Coastal Airlines the other day, a new sea plane service which looks like it will go live next spring.

Imagine Split airport to Kocula in 22 mins, for 40 euro, Split to Hvar in 10 mins etc. Pretty cool. Locations which will be interconnected are Split airport and town, VIs, Korcula, Hvar and Dubrovnik, with flights year round.
