I use it in the UK. Repeats and cheap TV have become so common on the mainstream channels that they now mark the things that are new. So, digital Tv subscriptions have risen sharply. Netflix is great at first - binge watch breaking bad, Better Call Saul, House of Cards and Peaky Blinders - but then it becomes a guessing game as it doesn't actually list what's on offer or let you filter out the stuff you'd never watch in a million years.
I have a monthly subscription but I haven't logged in for two months now.
So, if I were you, I'd get it for a while and then cancel and get NOW TV (if available) and then cancel that and get Amazon prime.
Netflix has a gazillion back episodes of Top Gear, if you like this.

Same experience! OK, for a few months it's fun but then when you have watch all that is worth watching is tends to get boring (and now with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, whatsup, tumblr, youtube, Linkedin, yelp) I no longer have to travel far from my couch to be entertained. No need to talk to real human beings anymore. LOL! If you only use netflix or Catchup maybe I won't have to pay the HRT TV license?
