I am a diagnosed coeliac and will be spending two weeks in Croatia on a touring holiday this summer. I am wondering how easy it will be to buy suitable gluten free food (free from contamination) in supermarkets and restaurants. Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks for the information. We need to 'eat out' for lunches and evening meals so it looks as though I will be dining on what I can take in my suitcase and what I can purchase in spet health food shops in the towns and cities we plan to visit.
