How to get notifications my mail if a thread got a new post?

Huegus, go to your "Profile", then click on "Bookmarks", then "Click here to manage your bookmarks preferences" and select whether you want notifications via PM or by email.
Then, on the thread(s) that you want to be notified on, click "Bookmark". (It is in the top left-hand corner of the post, above the Author and Title.)
