Still no proof of those supposed posts?
The royal family is a sham, I never liked that fake Di, the royal family are nothing but thiefs stealing from the people of the UK.
The Royal family is Royally idiotic in this day and age.

no arguments from here, but then again, I'm not from the UK, so my comments on it aren't really worth the paper they're written on (who's quotation was the handshake not worth the paper it's written on?).
friend, again, for the second time, chekc the posts, as you know quite well the content of loveu2's posts were at times not so appealing for this or any other forum when she used abusive and rude remarks. She made some spot on assessments and everyone was in agreement on it, so again, if you check and find whatever it is you're looking for, for what ever reason you're looking, then that's terrific. Otherise, you must set up a thread with the title "love for loveu2", we're pretty much wandering back and acropss the topic of Ante Gotovina right here, not really insulting the royal families of European countries, oh, except the uncrowned tudjman clan ;D but loveu2, r anyone who has even a passing knowledge of Croatia and the region, can tell you excellently why they need taking down a peg or three.

Irac, I don't even know why you humour her, every single time she goes quiet, her “little friends” come out in support; it is tiresome . As for the royal family, they mean nothing to me, they don't have any power, they are a pointless figurehead like Stipe Mesic. The difference is the royal family bring far more money in than they spend, so for that reason and that reason alone, I say keep them. They don’t do any serious harm, and are basically viewed with apathy by the masses in the UK. Lets have all the yanks, Japanese, Germans etc, flying to London to see the queen and spending their money, it’s great for the economy, bring them all in, as many as we can fit, and take their money, but in a nice way so they come back and we can take their money some more. I might pay them a visit myself as I am going to London tomorrow , unfortunately only for one day

EMIZ...what do you mean my pidgin english??? I know that English is the language for international business. Do you do all of your business there in English? I too was obliviated by the beauty of the coast in 2003 when i went back for the first time since 1989. Then went back last year too and realized that(along with living all over the US) that one's experience on vacation is not what its like living there. I would defintately move there to live and start a business if they get into the EU. I am inspired by your success there. I remember you posting that the competition is weak(not surprising since they don't know anything other than communist business models....and they need strance to teach them how its done elsewhere). As for your bluntness at least your honest. I'm sorry that you have to deal with so much stupidity. I would probably get fed up after about six months as well. We're just used to doing things fast like in the US or Britain. Its the old infrastructure thing. Is it expensive to export from Croatia to the US? My parents have citizenship and I should as well within a year if that makes a difference. Cheers, john

I guess you're right Emiz, and it's a shame that she went so far as to have to have her name changed, but she was a little OTT.
As out of date and purpose as the Royals are, I am the first to compliment them on being such a huge draw for tourism. Last summer I was over with two players from Croatia, and it really struck me, yet again, the amount of visitors from all over the world who come specifically to see the Palaces and so on, okay, there's a million more things to see and do in London, which for me is the best city in the world for attractions and entertainment (I love Dublin but it doesn't compete), even New York is limited and Paris, well, it's just a little cool or something. On another thread you mentioned that with a little investment Zagreb could be a real sports centre, you're dead right, it has a lot to speak for it, and being centres of sports or culture are the quickest and best ways for cities and towns in the area to lift themselves. We're attempting to do the same thing with Siveric (in a sporting sense).

Only Idiots go to London to see the royal family.
You could easily get rid of the royal family and pull in just as much tourism from your historical past. No need for the royal family.
and who ever said New York is boring has never been!
New York has everything! From fast paced city with shows, shopping, some of the best restaurants in the world, museams, to just 30 minutes away in to the country with B & B's & great hiking, biking and nature!
London in some ways is quite boring if you take the typical tourist excursions! The weather is quite crappy most of the year also!

Only Idiots go to London to see the royal family...
It must really be painful for you; more people come and see the royal family than the total number of people coming to Croatia ;D
Why would we get rid of them??
Keep bringing in those yanks and Japense with all their bucks and yen....spend....spend...spend...
I want foreigners in my country.

only idiot, who said New York is boring? It's not so bad as you think, but it's no London. It's a loud, brash place, but done in a couple of days if you're busy enough, whereas London once you dive in is the centre of so much. And have you been to London at all times of the year? Man, I've usually found the weather pretty decent for a northern place. are you describing London when you're talking about the 30 minutes deal? Spot on, it's so close to nature and leisure activities. New York is a rather polluted overrated little place, with overdone buildings (too tall) and no real depth of culture. Cities are much of a muchness all round, but you can get lost in the fabric of London, which makes me wonder if you've ever been? The royals are fun to have around, it makes we Irish appreciate our independence more

I was just hunting for the sub-atomic particle of my interest in the house of Windsor......nope! Can't find it....move on. It's the same for most of my friends, they pull in the tourists, sell tabloids and read a speech every so often. The UK is a republic, it just happens to have a royal family. What's all this go to do with Gotovina?
