To me, this looks like the only way to have a regional future. Eye for eye politics results only in a lifetime of conflict.
However, if it were my family who lay in the mass grave in Vukovar, I don't think I could find forgiveness.

francis what was the reaction of people(among your circle of friends) when you said you're coming to live here? Have to say the reaction I got was funny!!! reconciliation btw

I had 30 men working, in Galway, and when told them i was closing down and moving here, they told me i was complete mad, and completely losses it, 2 year later the Irish flooded in looking to bye, Now i would have to look back, and count myself lucky not to be in the irish market, even with all the bull here, reconciliation, is a long why of here i think , as many use this to keep control, telling the young how great Croatia is, and stops integration , the young find it hard to mixs

Francis, I mean not to offend you with my following statement, just curious. I've read a lot of your posts, and you've never struck me as a native English speaker. Did you really grow up in Northern Ireland ? If so, are you of some other heritage ?
