Cany anyone help me with this one?
I need the best, most common translation of the English word "Sapling"
It needs to be non specific, ie; not an exact tree variety, so what would a native Croatian use to cover all/any variety of young tree.
So far I have been offered;
Mladiæ (sapling)
Mlado stablo (young tree)
Mladiæ (baby tree)
Dijete stablo (infant tree)

If by "Mladiæ" you meant "mladić", then it's either a young man or a Serbian war criminal. ;D
Ok, it might be used for a sapling in some obscure dialect, but I've never ever heard someone use it that way.
