Hope someone can help me. I am in the States and want to replenish my Cro mobitel & was informed via T-Mobile HR that they do not offer online purchase yet but to go to the website www.bonbonijera.hr which I did but when I go to purchase a bon it says "Nazalost Banka Je Odbila Transakcija"...I didn't even give my credit card information at this point. I just clicked that I wanted to purchase a simpa bon of 200 kuna & then gave my HR number & then clicked "dalje" and that is when I received the Nazalost... Is there another site? Also, from my US phone (TMobile) I was always able to send sms to mobitels with the numbers 91, 98, 99 & I just got a new phone & it allows me to receive with no issues but to send only the 98 & 99 numbers are able to receive. Any ideas? Thank you for any help,it is greatly appreciated.

It maybe your ISP's address is read by the bank and rejected on the grounds that you are in the USA. There are probably inter-bank agreements about who can sell what to whom just as many broadcasters detect when you out of the respective country - all you get is "not available in your territory".
There is a way round it by using a proxy server (that's how I get BBC sport here in HR) but I don't know of any proxies being available in HR. Justapixel is the man for this I'd guess.

Sorry, I haven't ever heard of a proxy server hosted in Croatia. Anyways, all bonbonijera.hr does is send you an activation code that you have to send as SMS from your T-Mobile HR phone. You can get the same service if you pay someone in Croatia and ask him to send you the activation code.
I'm also baffled that only 98 and 99 numbers receive text messages from your new phone. Possibly instead of real SMS, you're using a cheaper alternative that works only within T-Mobile network. You should be able to somehow override that behavior.

"all bonbonijera.hr does is send you an activation code that you have to send as SMS from your T-Mobile HR phone. Will I get a SMS with an activation code to my croatian phone or have I send with my croatian phone a massage to www.bonbonijera.hr ? Or both after one another? Or do you mean that after purchase I will get the 14digit reload code by sms to my croatian phone? How I have to handle this code I know ... How does this service works? Thank you! Uwe from germany
