Folks,
Can I ask what direction you turn the valve on a Water meter to have it in the "ON" position?

The meter is located outside the Apartment,located in the Ground.

Just a thought starmintaka, but it may not be strictly necessary to post the same thing 10 times on the same forum. We get the message - that you don't charge commission to buyers.

but he/she does get ten links to his/her website from proboards for Google's crawler bots to find, not that it help at all if nobody actually navigates to his/her site through any of them. Even worse if the website turns out to be a FB page.
