Hi All, I hope someone may be able to tell me the unit cost for (water m3) and for (electricity KWh). I just received a bill from my management agency for 2680 kuna for 11 m3 of water, and 161 KWh of electricity. Many thanks Brian

That sounds like a lot of money!
I just looked at my water and electricity bills... There's the unit cost and then all kinds of extra charges and the 25% VAT on top...
For May and June we consumed 19 m3 of water and the bill was for 232.95 kn.
Over a period of 6 months we consumed 1558 kWh of electricity and the bill was for 1660 kn.
I wonder how your management agency will explain this!

I'm fairly certain that water and electricity are charged at a much lower vat rate - 8% maybe??
Have you got a copy of the original HEP and Vodavod bills?

I checked again and HEP is 25% PDV and Vodovod is 13% PDV. Do you really only pay 8%?

Thank you for the information, My management company has now sent the new correct bill for the water and electricity. They had miscalculated my previous bill. Many thanks Brianmcc

You can go online to check your bill from HEP. Some banks will let you get an e-bill for the water sent to your bank account.
