Last week there was an article that property prices are still to fall due to lack of interest, so will a show like the above turn it around? I used to watch that show a lot till I started getting depressed that I couldn't live in all those lovely places. LOL!

With 27,000 companies about to be wound up by law (just the first tranche), a significant number of which own property, then the resultant sell-off isn't going to do much to increase property prices.
Oooh, I said "tranche" !!!

I don't think it has turned either, but it was interesting while filming to see how blown away the crew all were by Croatia (first time visitors) compared to Spain and Italy. If not the start of interest in buying, perhaps the start of property shows to get the interest going again. Looks like the couple got the house they were looking for too.

Oooh, I said "tranche" !!! The property vultures will be circling ... as I too believe prices will rise within a decade or so ... so why not invest? As good a place as any if one can navigate the stream of red tape and not get screwed over in the process. I think this is the biggest problem in Croatia, if you do get screwed the justice system isn't much help.
