It was always going to happen. I'm shocked that so many TV streaming sites seem to keep going.

Hi, you can get around this by using a Smart DNS Proxy. There are free ones and pay for ones. eg: www.bestsmartdns.net/Cheers. Frederick

What's smart about it Frederick? Can it not be identified and blocked like the others?

What's smart about it Frederick? Can it not be identified and blocked like the others? They can be useful, for example one could use it for Netflix before they extended their service to Croatia, as you could use a proxy server in the UK. Of course that is if you wanted to pay and watch Netflix shows. From all accounts Croats don't use VPN blokers much seeing Piratebay is ranked among the top 100 (107 to be exact) top sites visited by Croats. www.alexa.com/topsites/countries;4/HR

Hi,
It can't be blocked, when you use it your pc appears to be in the same location as the website, or service you are accessing. So it's like having a vpn to every country at the same time. The traffic is however not encrypted as in a vpn solution. There are also many security concerns, but if you have a dedicated router for your smart tv and only use the tv for streaming then it's probably safe enough.
Cheers,
Fred.

I get nothing from this, but I have used this program in the past: www.cyberghostvpn.com/en_gb

I am using VPN app Hotspot Shield which I found on iTunes. £8.99 per month but works trouble free on all my feeds including Virgin.

That's expensive David. We have been using Strong VPN for about 5 years now, they also offer the DNS option should you need it. It's a very reliable service, simple to set up and costs $50 per annum ( which is standard cost for most of the large companies). I would change when your subs expire
