Hello, Does anyone know where I can find information on land sold that was zoned for tourism/hotel builds all along the coastline? I am looking for pricing information. My family and several others own strips of waterfront land all next to each other (in an area located between Sibenik and Primosten) that has been zoned for tourism/hotels (prior to that it was green belt) and we have a potential investor interested, but we need to know what the true value of this land would be as we feel they are offering a really low price per square meter of waterfront property. The owners of these narrow strips have all inherited the land from family who passed it down over 500 years. We can't do anything with it each on our own but would not like to see it go for next to nothing to an investor. Finding information on assessing the value of hotel zoned land has been challenging! Any leads would be gratefully received. Thank you.

You can find what people are asking for land by scouring through www.njuskalo.hr/nekretnineWhat they are asking and what buyers are prepared to pay may be quite different but you will get an idea. Some people have a view that some kind of official land price applies but, in these privateer days, it's the market which will provide the answer, not a desk bound official. www.ruralpropertycroatia.com
