We have had no objections from the council and highways and are at the final step of getting our building permit, a meeting was scheduled for anyone to attend to raise any objections, to building a house. One neighbour has complained over the phone, and he was not present at the meeting and he was asked to submitted the objection in writing which he hasn’t one month after the official meeting to sign off and give us a building permit.
How long does he have to submit this complaint in writing? Are there any legal deadlines, and how can we resolve this so we are not delayed.
