Belgrade-Zagreb air travel resumes BELGRADE -- Tuesday – A Croatian plane landed at the Serbian capital's airport on Tuesday, marking the restoration of air traffic between the two countries for the first time since the 1991 war.
Regular, twice weekly commercial flights from Zagreb to Belgrade will commence next week, said Ante Balic, the manager of the private tourist agency "Bantel", which introduced the service.
A private Croatian air company will provide the aircraft, which can carry 18 passengers at a cost of 260 euros for the return flight.
Balic said the line was introduced mainly for Croatian companies, which are increasingly spreading their businesses to Serbia.
Air services between Croatia and Serbia were cut off in 1991 when Yugoslavia backed Croatian Serbs' rebellion against Croatia's independence.

It isnt expensive for business travel on an 18 seat aircraft - you should try flying within the UK on such a service and see what you have to pay!
