Hi there,
It's the TV researcher again. I thought I'd set up a new thread because I know the word 'television' will put some people off looking at my other thread.
Seeing as there are so many people who seem to come onto this website I thought I might as well ask for help from the people 'in the know'.
I'm trying to get in touch with as many British expats as possible and I wondered if any of you know of any newspapers/magazines available in Croatia for British expats, or any groups/clubs or language schools where people meet up. Or basically anything/where where expats could see the information about the programme. And can anyone give me any clues on where the population of British expats in Croatia is high?
I have to admit I do not know a great deal about Croatia and any help would be fantastic.
(This is a first job and I really need to find out some decent info to make my mark...it's not easy getting into television!)
many thanks in advance for your help. Hope Croatia is as gorgeous as it looks in the pictures.

Try www.iwcz.org for wives of businessmen types. If you're coming out to do research then email me on janet.coull@pliva.com if you like. There are a lot of expats out here but I think you are looking more for the ones who buy holiday homes here rather than work here, right? The holiday homers are usually near the coast. There is meant to be a huge expat community in Split. If you search the 'living in Croatia' part of this site you should find out more.
