Has any one had the pleasure as it were, to have dealings with either katerina Brailo or a Mr. Marijanovic, both agents with Dubrovnik offices. I would interested to know how you got on. Thanks...

I know some people who have tried to deal with her. They like me have had a bad experience ie. she was snotty, impatient, arrogant and refuses to give clear answers to simple questions.
On my last visit she greeted me with "what do you want, i don't have time to speak you i have important meeting to prepair for...", no 'hello' even after calling to arrange a visit to her office. The couple already sitting in her office said to me they wanted to punch her after their session!

WE should put this lady on a black list!

I am afraid I cannot concur with the comments from architect. My own experience was that she was much ruder than that.
She should make way for someone who actually wants to provide a service.

It is sadly the case that the chosen few have a monopoly in this area, often there only real skill is a command of english learned from their experience in the tourist industry. They can treat people badly becaues they know at the moment buyers have little choice.
It's also now been recent my experience to be asked for 40 euros to visit property. The agent in that case (not Katerina), said she was not there to provide free tours of the area but to sell property. I could sympathise if i had been wasting her time for weeks but the fact was i hadn't seen a single property with her yet and her agency already charges 4% to the buyer and and a further undisclosed percentage to the vendor - surely enough already?
