hello, I went to Croatia in January, the intent was on buying a home, we went to a local Nekretnine (estate agents) and started looking for a house, we travelled the next day by ferry to the Isaland of Brac, a very beutiful place indeed, we looked at a apartment in Supertar, Brac and decided to make an offer, after some mad negotiation with the owner the estate agent and a strong cup of Croatian coffee we agreed a price, next day we met the Lawyer and went to the Notary in the local council, we recently paid the 90% balance that we had 10 weeks to get and are now proud owners of a little part of a young up and coming stunning country...do it it`s easy and well worth it.....
